About us

Hello. We are the future skills training company. We build leaders and high-performing teams
for the changing world of work

Our Mission
It started with a book in 2017. We now design corporate and non-profit training courses and workshops that build modern leaders and high-performing teams for the changing world of work.
But there's more at stake.
We want to be the driving force behind the people that will shape a future of work we can all be proud of.
Because we are impatient for what's to come.
From flexible working to empathetic leadership, it took a pandemic for us to be more progressive in the workplace. We don't want to hang around for another 10 or 20 years just waiting for the next big leaps.
So, we bring together the very best leaders, coaches and trainers to work with individuals and teams to not only transform their performance but to release ripples of new standards and behaviours that accelerate the journey towards a happier, healthier, more fulfilling and inclusive way of working.

The organsiations that will win long term will be the ones that make a positive difference whilst delivering results. We will help your people lead the way.

What we do
To meet our mission, we are relentless in our pursuit of what’s changing in the world of work.
We then design breakthrough courses, workshops, awaydays and talks that are shaking up the training industry and jolting people and teams into action.
Do you want to build a workforce that is fit for the future?
Do you want to retain your talent and invest in their growth?
Get in touch today.

How it started
We are here to shake things up. To crash through the 'way it's always been' and just help people make a big difference.

It started in a similar way, back in 2017, with a self-development book called Hack Yourself.
People liked it, and asked us to do a few talks and workshops. Since then, we've committed to scaling what we know works.
You can buy the book in all good bookstores or online.
